Colombian singer-songwriter, Nacho Londoño, releases lyric video for “Abiertos” on YouTube today. The first single off his album Final due out end of the year, “Abiertos” was written by Londoño and recorded at Miami’s Hit Factory Studios under the direction of Matt Knoble (Lenny Kravitz). The song creatively fuses the rich sounds of folk with his own brand of poetic pop-rock and features singer, Sofy Encanto (Elastic Bond) on background vocals, Mark Kondrat and Javier ‘lakambra’ Delgado (Locos por Juana) on guitar and drums, respectively, Sammy Gonzalez on bass and Charles Gardner (Fusik) on keyboards.
Says Londoño: “‘Abiertos’ is inspired by those restless nights when your head is spinning a thousand miles per hour. You stop and think about the love that surrounds you; you think about your fears and triumphs and what is left to go and explore.”
Following his GrassRoots Music Festival debut earlier this year and few live local presentations, this devoted rock ‘n roller will embark on tour on June 1st as opening act on Locos por Juana‘s Caribe West Coast Tour in support of his single “Abiertos.” A maven at his craft, Londoño has also shared the stage and performed alongside top-tier acts, including He’s My Brother She’s My Sister, Carlos Alberto ‘Nito’ Mestre (Sui Generis), La Secta, Brazilian Girls, Yerba Buena, Soniko, among others.
