Latin music superstar, BAD BUNNY, continues bringing his native Puerto Rico to the forefront of mainstream media. Last night, the artist joined the live telecast of NBC’s “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” from Puerto Rico, for a special edition that ventured around the island to showcase its breathtaking beauty and some of the exciting activities that it has to offer.
Bunny, Jimmy Fallon, Questlove and Black Thought brought the small screen to life with a vibrant and colorful performance of his hit single, “MIA,” which reached #5 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The artist performed in a parade style, accompanied by local band BatuPlena, over 150 locals, dancers wearing typical costumes, performers on stilts. and more, showing the diversity and rich culture of the island.
“The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” traveled to Puerto Rico for this special edition of the show, to celebrate the spirit and culture of the island in its efforts to rebuild and raise awareness following the devastating hurricane that struck the U.S. territory in 2017.
